Golden Hour ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store information when you use the Golden Hour mobile application (the "App").

• Name or nickname you choose to enter in the App
• Photos and photo-related information you choose to save or share
• Messages you send to us by email or support requests

b. Information collected automatically

• Approximate or precise location information, if you grant location permission
• App preferences and settings, such as notification preferences, time format, selected place, language, and timezone
• App version, device model, operating system version, locale, and basic diagnostic information
• Anonymous app user identifier created through Firebase Authentication
• Subscription and purchase status information provided through Apple and RevenueCat

c. Photos and content

• Photos you save in the App may be stored locally on your device
• If you choose to share a sunset photo to a shared/public feed, that photo and related metadata may be uploaded to our cloud services, including:
  • photo image
  • date
  • location name
  • latitude/longitude if available
  • uploader name if provided
